Are you ready to experience winter outdoor life at its best – from sleeping in a tent under the stars to crossing the Hardangervidda on skis?
When the snow arrives, we take out our mountain skis and head for ski summits. You will learn telemark turns and join longer ski trips with overnight stays outdoors. Winter also offers unique experiences such as sleeping in snow caves, trying kiting, and learning basic avalanche safety.
A true highlight of the year is crossing the Hardangervidda with skis and pulk. Spending several days out on the plateau gives you valuable experience with endurance, teamwork, and mastering demanding winter conditions – an adventure you won’t forget.
As spring returns, we trade skis for climbing, kayaking, and coastal hikes. We sleep under the open sky and you get to try a solo night alone in nature. Each season brings new challenges, and we make the most of them.
The goal of the year on the Outdoor Life program is that you learn to take care of yourself and feel at home in nature, in all kinds of weather and terrain. You’ll gain a broad introduction to friluftsliv, develop skills both individually and together with others, and build strong bonds with your fellow adventurers.
By the end of the year, you’ll be a more confident and independent outdoor enthusiast – ready for new trips and experiences, whether alone or together with others.
Best of all? You’ll share the entire journey with people who are just as passionate about outdoor life as you are.
