Everyday life consists of varied, intense, and fun training, focusing on building your skills in Muay Thai, K1, and MMA. We emphasize frequent high-volume training sessions and seminars centered on mindset and training theory.
Join us on a training trip to Thailand, where you'll train in the historic heart of Thai boxing, side by side with internationally renowned coaches and athletes. Here, famous UFC stars and top instructors gather for training camps—an experience you'll never forget.
Our goal is for you to experience daily challenges, mastery, and learning on your journey to becoming a better martial artist and an even tougher version of yourself. You'll also receive insight, instruction, and training in boxing, kickboxing, close combat, BJJ, and MMA, giving you a well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of the martial arts world.
You'll be inspired by partners from the international martial arts community. We work closely with the MMA program at the school, local clubs, and major gyms across the country to ensure you stay up to date with the latest and best in the martial arts world.
You'll have a real world champion as your personal coach and instructor—both inside and outside the classroom. We also regularly compete in national and international fights and tournaments across all mentioned martial arts disciplines, with outstanding results.

Bli-kjent-turen har akkurat det formålet som navnet antyder. Dette er en tur med tradisjonelt norsk friluftsliv. Turen er på enten fire eller fem dager, alt etter evne og lyst. De letteste turene har mye vekt på det sosiale og her blir du busset til hyttedøren hvor du tilbringer natten i en seng. På de mer primitive turene går det i toppturer, sjøturer eller kanoturer. Den hardeste turen er utfordrende, men alle som vil klarer å gjennomføre den, og normalt bruker vi både kano, kajakk og kanskje bruksbåter i løpet av denne uken. Turene går til lokale hytter, en tur med fokus på havfiske med flotte lokaliteter, kanotur i Forra naturreservat. Vårt mål med disse turene er at man blir godt kjent på kryss og tvers av linjer, avdelinger og at man blir tryggere på medelever og ansatte etter turene.
Blåtur

Blåturen er en tur som holdes helt på tampen av året og planlegges kun uker før avreise. Her er det igjen mye vekt på det sosiale med noen overraskelser underveis. Som navnet antyder så er det en BLÅ-tur, altså vil du ikke vite hvor du ender opp, eller hva du skal gjøre.
Sted: Our school is located by the Trondheimsfjord, 70 km north of Trondheim, Levanger is the nearest city. The airport Trondheim Lufthavn Værnes is only 40 minutes away. Recreational areas nearby: the fjord, idyllic lakes, forests and mountains. Nice area for bicycling.
Skolen og elevene: Our capasity is currently 110 students, age 18-25. A year in a Norwegian folkehøgskole provides an unique opportunity to live and work together with other young people, as well as learning subjects of special interest to you. There are no exams at Skogn folkehøgskole, we focus on practial, hands-on learning.
